Dr. Tim Warren is Director and Owner of The Chiropractic Care Center.
He is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Diplomat in Neurology. He has been in active
practice since August of 1994. He is also an Independent Contractor performing Independent
Medical Examinations and Peer Reviews for insurance companies and personal injury attorneys.
Dr. Warren also lectures on chiropractic coding, diagnosis, and fraud detection. |

| Dr. Warren earned his Doctorate at Cleveland Chiropractic College in
Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his Neurology Diplomat at Northwest Chiropractic College.
Dr. Warren has post-graduate training in Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation, Claims Review,
Utilization and Peer Review, Impairment Rating, Whiplash Trauma, and Chiropractic Coding, Diagnosis and
Fraud Detection. He is a Board Certified Disability Analyst. Dr. Warren also teaches the Back Safe-Injury
Prevention Method for Future Industrial Technologies. |

| Dr. Warren has been an active member of the Kansas Chiropractic Associate since 1998.
He was the KCA-Sedgwick County Director from 2002-2003. He served as the KCA Vice President for 2004 and
the President for 2005 and 2006. He is still active in the KCA as the Past President and Insurance Chairman.
He is a member of the following organizations: International Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic
Association, Kansas Chiropractic Association, International Academy of Clinical Neurology, American Academy of
Professional Coders and the American Board of Disability Analysts. |
